this is Snorlax.
he's cute, he's chubby, he's adorable, he's loveable.
but.
he is fat.
so faaaaaaat.
please don't turn yourself into Snorlax.
i know that as a woman, we always have the inclination to be cruel towards our own body with the delusional assumption that we are a little fat, a bit fat, fat, too fat, over fat, extra fat, excessively fat, and all kinds of fats in the world. rarely we hear anyone saying they are too thin, thin or extra thin, aye?
but of course,
aaaaand that dream have been splendidly manipulated by the media a.k.a your biggest enemy by throwing tonnes of stick thin models parading on the runway wearing skimpy clothing. if you're a size 0, then you have achieve the ultra human species while size 12 earns you a dustbin label smack right on top of your forehead.
sighhh society can be harshly judgmental.
but.
it doesn't mean you can be fat and chomp down all sorts of food that you can lay your eyes on anytime anywhere that you want as you please!
you have to make sure you keep your health in check, people.
other than the usual dietary watch out, there are no other ways to be slim and healthy other than exercising. yeah, you must drag your leg and lift your butt and hit on the track and shed those sweats till all your excessive lipids burn all the way to
please don't consume all those supplement in the form of pills or drinks if you haven't start to run because the implications will be obvious in later stage of your life and then you will feel like running away that time when your wrinkles shot out by the dozen and your bladder fail to function properly. besides, running is a good form of exercise as it helps to develop your stamina, your muscle, and kind of propel you to daydream of being the next Jeremy Wariner or Usain Bolt or Asafa Powell.
so, remember, two things to do in order to stay fit and have a smouldering hot slim body :
1) watch daily diet
2) runnnnnnnnnn
